ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Margot Esther Borden is a psychotherapist, author and consultant living in Paris, France. The core of her work revolves around transforming consciousness so that it stems from our deepest, inner self. In turn, this transforms our attitudes and actions giving them such qualities as congruence, inspiration, collaboration, respect for people and planet; win-win reasoning and actions.
Her work as an international consultant consists of market research both internally, to identify the soul of the organization and align all levels and aspects of the organization to its highest unifying qualities and externally, with consumer groups. Her model is based on integral psychology, a soul-based psychology inspired from ancient Eastern wisdom, rather than traditional marketing which is based on the ego-centered approach of depth psychology. The result of her work leads to companies and brands contributing to raising consciousness and fulfilling humankind’s deep, noble needs rather than just the surface needs.
